CLASS DESCRIPTION: This 3 hour ( or more!) class takes place in our very own Pasta Tavola kitchen! Participants will be instructed in an intimate setting, in the basic techniques of creating various hand-rolled & cut pastas. Helpful hints, tips & sauce recipes will be shared including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, the Pasta Ladies will serve-up an authentic Italian feast featuring local artisanal products.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Join us for a unique culinary experience at one of our favorite PEC wineries! Participants will be instructed in the classic art of creating pasta from scratch amongst the barrels of Norman Hardie exquisite wines. Participants will enjoy an authentic Italian feast featuring local artisanal products as well as have their meal paired with some of Norman Hardie’s finest wines.
