Our pasta making classes are quickly filling up but spaces are still available for our February 8, 2015 class focused on stuffed pastas!

In an intimate setting, participants will spend the morning working out of our very own Pasta Tavola kitchen creating the perfect pasta dough and crafting by hand such specialty pastas as cannelloni, tortellini and ravioli, among other pasta shapes. Recipes, cooking techniques and helpful tips will be shared with guests. Once your work is done, you will enjoy a Real Italian Feast that celebrates the authentic tastes of homemade Italian cooking.
